Seana Jackson-Brown, Client Care Coordinator, Human Resources Administrator
Seana is excited to be part of the DBT Hamilton team in her role as Client Care Coordinator and Human Resources Administrator. Seana brings with her over 15 years experience supporting clients and teams within the Mental Health and Addictions Program at St. Joseph’s Healthcare Hamilton. She was the Coordinator for the Eating Disorders Program for nine years, and prior to that provided intake and administrative support to the Bridge to Recovery Program.
Through her work at St. Joseph’s Healthcare, Seana had the opportunity to participate in the Emerging Leaders Program, and obtained her Lean Yellow Belt training and certification.
Seana completed her diploma in Business Management Studies and her Medical Terminology certification at Mohawk College, and she has studied Economics at McMaster University. Seana recently completed her Human Resources Certificate Program with Honours from Mohawk College and is in process of obtaining her professional designation (CHRP).
When not working or studying, Seana manages the busy schedule of her three boys, enjoys hiking with her family and gardening, and has a love of all things coffee.
